Joining NJSEM is easy. Here's the process:

1. Your town or municipal organization must pass a binding Resolution to join NJSEM

2. Your authorized signatory agent must complete and sign the Joint Contract Joinder Agreement

3. There is a nominal one-time membership fee of $150 (We no longer charge a fee!)

4. You'll need to complete a utility release form and provide us with your account numbers.

 

The three documents are needed to join

the NJ SEM:

1. ​​​​A Resolution passed and signed by your municipality/authority

2. A signed Joint Contract Joinder Agreement

3. A completed Data Release Form
